I left Pittsburgh about 15 years ago. I absolutely love Prestogeorge coffee. I’ve been going to their storefront since I was 21 years old. When I left Pittsburgh, I honestly could not live without their coffee. I’ve been having shipments of their coffee every three months like clockwork. I make sure I never run out, because other coffees just don’t measure up. When I’m in town, I make it a priority to go there in person. I love that they’re a family owned business. And I make it a point to support small businesses. Coming from Pittsburgh everyone knows that it’s a mom and pop town. Without the small businesses there, the town would be nothing. Having prestogeorge coffee every day feels like being home! I highly recommend their coffee. I live in Las Vegas now, but there are at least three people that I know of that I talked into buying Prestogeorge and they are fans also. I will always continue to support this company because I believe that this is the best coffee in the world.

Massive selection of teas and coffees. Quality of the beans and loose leaf tea is great (to me anyways). They even went out of their way to send me a sample of a flavor I suggested they carry. Flavoring is a little on the weaker side compared to what I'm used to though, but thats my only gripe. Give them a try!

Recently I got a behind the scenes look at Prestogeorge. For my birthday, I got to tour the roastery and store and learn about the incredible process of selling excellent coffee. AJ and his team worked with us and it was a memorable experience. From the very beginning, he was welcoming and passionate to share his love of coffee. I felt like a guest of honor as he let us watch a roasting in process and then had a wide selection of coffees (made through various brew methods) available for us to taste. He and his team really know coffee and I highly recommend his store for your source of cup of joe. He has an impressive selection of coffees from various origins of the world that are delicately prepared. Thank you AJ for a great experience!! I look forward to buying coffee from you again in the future!

Going to Prestogeorge every time we visited the Strip District was an absolute must!! Their coffee is top notch and they have unbeatable prices. The staff is knowledgeable, and they always take the time to answer any questions or give recommendations, even if they are extremely busy. They just have that way of making you feel important, like family. However, the downside is that their coffee is so amazing, other brands and shops don't live up to their quality, so we now order ALL of our coffee from them YEAR round. You don't even have to go in person! Sometimes we place an order online, but primarily, we call in and place our order. They ship it right to us! It's always evident the care they put into packing our orders! I would 100% recommend this hidden treasure! You won't be disappointed!

I really like this place! It’s perfect if you need specific grinds for different brewing methods. Even when the place is packed, the staff is consistently helpful & kind. Their prices are also fair. ​I recently had some coffee shipped since I don't live nearby, and the experience was seamless. The website is user-friendly, and I really appreciated the in-depth taste descriptions for each roast—I actually tried a few new blends I wouldn't have otherwise. My order arrived at my door just three days after I placed it. I highly recommended!

We recently had the opportunity to tour Prestogeorge for a special occasion, and it was an exceptional experience. AJ and his team provided an in-depth look at their roasting process and the care that goes into sourcing and preparing their coffees. Seeing the roasting in action and then tasting selections brewed in multiple styles gave real perspective on how origin and technique shape flavor. The knowledge and professionalism of the team were impressive. Prestogeorge offers an extensive selection of thoughtfully sourced coffees, and their commitment to quality is evident at every step. My favorite coffee beans in Pittsburgh by far, I have ordered it from them for years, not only personally, but for my offices. It’s the only place that I’ll actually get flavored coffee beans. I often order the holiday blend once every couple months. It is a truly unique blend. My favorite blend is the Cuban blend. I don’t order as much because it can cause problems with a burr grinder due to the oils. I find their black and gold plan to be a favorite among friends and guest I serve.

Simply one of the best places to buy freshly roasted coffee. There are many excellent coffee roasters but none are better than Prestogeorge, in my opinion. The staff are very knowledgeable and patient with questions. It’s definitely worth the trip to the strip district to buy here. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. And don’t forget the biscotti.

Just love their coffee and teas! Huge selection and the friendly staff is knowledgeable about their products. Tell them what you like, or what u want to try, and they'll recommend a great coffee or tea you'll be glad you purchased. It's a little trip for me, but worth it.
